Matrix 9 – ข้อผิดพลาดในการอัปเดต Windows – คู่มือการแก้ไขปัญหา

ทางเราขออภัยอย่างสูงสำหรับความไม่สะดวกที่เกิดขึ้นจากการที่ซอฟต์แวร์ Matrix 9 ที่ไม่สามารถทำงานได้อย่างปรกติ ในช่วงแรกทางเราคาดว่าข้อผิดพลาดดังกล่าวนั้นเกิดขึ้นจากเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของทาง Gemvision แต่หลังจากนั้นเราได้รับการยืนยันแล้วว่าปัญหาดังกล่าวเกิดขึ้นจากการอัปเดตแพตช์ของ Microsoft Windows ที่ได้ปล่อยออกมาเมื่อปลายเดือนที่แล้ว
ปัจจุบันทาง Gemvision ได้ยุติการซัพพอร์ต Matrix V.9 มาตั้งแต่ปี 2019 และ programming language ของ Windows มีอายุกว่า 22 ปีแล้ว ทาง Microsoft มีแผนที่จะยุติการซัพพอร์ตดังกล่าวจาก Windows โดย programming language นั้นกำลังพัฒนาไปตามความก้าวหน้าในเทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์ในปัจจุบัน และเมื่อลูกค้าได้ทำการอัปเดต Windows หรือคอมพิวเตอร์อีกครั้ง จะทำให้เกิดปัญหากับ Matrix V.9 เพิ่มขึ้นในอนาคต
ในฐานะที่คุณเป็นลูกค้าของ Cad Cast ทางเราจะพยายามให้ความช่วยเหลืออย่างดีที่สุด เพื่อลดผลกระทบจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงจากปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น ทั้งนี้ การแก้ไขจะเป็นเพียงการบรรเทาผลกระทบเท่านั้น เมื่อ Microsoft Windows มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอีกครั้ง เราจึงขอแนะนำให้คุณอัปเดตซอฟต์แวร์ของคุณเป็นเวอร์ชันล่าสุด MatrixGold V.3 ซึ่งได้รับการซัพพอร์ตและรองรับจากซอฟต์แวร์ Microsoft Windows รุ่นล่าสุด

Matrix 9 – Windows update error – Troubleshooting guide
Dear Customers,
Firstly, we truly apologize for the inconvenience that may have resulted from Matrix 9 software not operating properly. Initially we had expected an error with the Gemvision server, however it has been confirmed that the following error is from a patch update from Microsoft Windows released at the end of last month.
At the current moment Gemvisions no longer offers support on Matrix V.9 since 2019 as Matrix V.9 and Rhino 5, is built on visual basic programming language that Microsoft is planning to remove from all Windows support. Microsoft Windows programming code is changing based on the improvements in computing technologies today and going forward with Windows / Computer PC updates, the issues with Matrix V.9 will only increase.
As a customer of Cad Cast, we will support you to the best that we can in order to minimize the effects from these changes, however this will only be a mitigation, where eventually with Microsoft Windows changing it is recommended you update your softwares to the latest version of MatrixGold V3 which is supported by the latest Microsoft Windows software.
At this moment, please kindly find the temporary mitigation options as given below for Matrix 9 freezing:
(1) Please kindly try the following basic troubleshooting process given on the attached link as below - "Matrix 9 - General Troubleshooting Guide" > https://stuller.my.site.com/s/article/Matrix-9-General-Troubleshooting-Guide
(2) Re-install Matrix 9 & Rhino 5
Please kindly log in at the top right using your Stuller.com username and password, then click on your initials in the same area and navigate to the user area. At the bottom of the page in the user area, you'll find a dropdown menu with old installers and installation instructions.
(3) Run Matrix9 Offline & Turn-Off Automatic Window Updates.
