Precise sand cores with high surface quality up to 2,000 mm in length
-
Easy to use
-
Resolution of up to 300 dpi possible
-
Suitable for development departments and sand casting foundries
The VX2000 is a 3D printer for industrial applications. The machine is very fast, easy to operate and makes it possible to economically produce large models made of sand cores for prototypes. It can also be used to economically produce components in small series. Sand can be used as the particulate material. The build space measures up to 2,000 x 1,000 x 1,000 mm. The VX2000's print head system can achieve a resolution of up to 300 dpi. A layer applied in one cycle is 300 µm thick.
The molded parts can have almost any length, due to the continuous printing process. The build space measures 850 x 500 mm in width and height. The VX2000's print head system can achieve a resolution of up to 300 dpi. A layer applied in one cycle is 300 µm thick.
High-tech engineered in Germany:
Like all of voxeljet's 3D printing systems, the VX2000 is ideal for producing complex components and prototypes fully automatically and without tools. Thanks to the continuous printing process and high build speed, these printers are the right choice for fast and flexible production under industrial conditions. Their rugged design makes them durable and suitable for continuous operation. The machines are developed in Germany and manufactured with a high degree of vertical integration.
